Dynamic Driving School

YOU WILL NEED:

1. Certified Birth Certificate
2. Social Security Card - knowing your number is fine
3. Picture ID - Activity card , year book picture or passport
4. Verifiation of Compliance - Obtained through your school office - if school is out of session you can obtain verification from your School District Office

•  Go to County Drivers License Bureau
• County charges $21.50 for a permit
• We pick up the permit from the County
• If you have special circumstances surrounding the reationship of the parent to child, call 529-1374 (DVM), and ask for Chris or Jean.  You can also go online to clords@co.bonneville.is.us

FOREIGN EXCHANGE STUDENT

1. Certified Original Birth Certificte with certified translation (opt)
2. Passport with valid U.S. VISA.  Valid INS document/I-94
3. J1 status needs INS form DS-2019-F1 status needs INS form I-20
4. Social Security denial letter stating you are not eligible for a Social Security Number
5. Verification of Compliance (VOC)  this is issued by your school attendance office.
